While focused on public relations, Stuart’s experience incorporates all facets of communications. Before co-founding Studio Communications in 2002 and Public Content in 2018, he spent the first decade of his career in NYC, in business development and sales for a media and entertainment focused tech startup and held account management positions at several top PR firms, specializing in the travel, hospitality, technology and consumer goods sectors. He holds a BS in Advertising from the University of Texas, Austin.

Amy’s career started in healthcare for a national behavioral health & substance abuse hospital system before moving into provider relations and health insurance.  After taking a decade-long break to raise her family, she joined On the Mark Communications in 2014 with a focus on growing the agency (which she did by 200 percent) and co-founding Public Content in 2018.  She holds a BA in Psychology from Baylor and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas.

Our name says it all. Our agency and in-house experience span decades –albeit there’s nary a wrinkle in sight with our fresh-faced approach to generating buzz and exposure.

We have close ties to local press in every category–relationships garnered through years of wining and dining, active listening and friendship building – and strong connections to media outlets across the region, country and the world, who have come to appreciate our timely and factual information and keen understanding of the importance of a deadline.

We’re proud to have a history of supporting some of the city and state’s most high-profile destinations, restaurants, developments, hotels, non-profits, retailers and innovators. And we’ve been equally honored to grow our footprint with clients from sea to shining sea.
Our story begins in 2018 when powerhouse Houston PR agencies Studio Communications and On the Mark Communications merged, bringing together partners with a combined 25 years of agency ownership – to form Public Content. Since joining forces and super-powering our services, we’ve prioritized a fully-integrated, collaborative approach to ensure a turnkey experience for our clients.
