Since 2018, we’ve worked with mixed-use development City Place in Spring to establish the northside district as one ofHouston’s premier destinations for living, working, events and recreational activities. City Place developer Coventry and the overlying Harris CountyImprovement District has charged Public Content with executing a multi-prong campaign that includes producing hundreds of events, including multiple large-scale, multi-day activations such as HTX Whiskey Weekend, Dia de los Muertos and Holiday Tree Lighting; comprehensive press outreach and ensuing coverage across a wide array of media vehicles; social media management for three separate entities and multiple platforms; marketing strategy and budget planning and execution; advertising; and the shepherding of a major brand awareness campaign for the district. New for 2024 is the launch of a multimillion-dollar City Place Art Program in partnership with Weingarten Art Group that includes both permanent and rotating art installations. Exciting developments!
